I got a cystitis & have to take antibiotics. :( So I have to be even more careful what I eat.. Duhh.

& I skipped Sunday’s weigh-in, btw. I didn’t feel really confident about how last week went & I don’t wanted to ruin my motivation through the number on the scale.

Honestly, I enjoy eating healthy foods. Now, I have more energy, less bloating, and clearer skin. Now, fast food looks terrible to me. I actually enjoy drinking nothing but water and eating a balanced, low-fat diet. I actually enjoy exercising and I take every opportunity I can to work out. I may not be at my ideal weight just yet, but if I keep up this attitude, I know I’ll be able to do this. And so can you.

Good morning, lovelies. <3

Well, yesterday didn’t turn out too good, food wise. It was a lovely summer day & me, my boyfriend & my parents took a walk & went to have ice cream at a café we passed. It pretty much ruined yesterday’s diet & macros. I had too much fat & carbs & had 60 grams of protein left (I use myfitnesspal to have an overview, but I always keep in mind that it’s not a 100% accurate). But to be honest, it was worth it - I don’t think I’d ever eat such good ice cream in my life. Not even the original gelati in Italy tasted THAT good. So I’m all fine. :)

I will make it up today, though.

I have 4,650 calories left for the rest of the week (I’m doing calorie cycling) which I will split up as follows:

  • Today: 1,200 kcal
  • Saturday: 1,650
  • Sunday: 1,800

Tomorrow is my coaches birthday party & Sunday one of my friends is throwing a pool party including barbeque & everything. I already know that I wont be drinking alcohol, because tomorrow night I will have to pick up my bf so I’ll only have one glass of champagne earlier the evening & Sunday I’ll drive, too. I’m not complaining, though. I’m not much of an alcohol drinker anyways & I’m not in the mood, either. :)

I’m still not a 100% healthy, so I’m not sure if I will practice soccer today or not. I will decide spontaneous. If I wont, I’ll go the movies after work. & I already know that I wont be tempted to have popcorn. :D The cinema over here is HUGE & modern & all, but their popcorn just plain sucks.

05/24 - Intake

Breakfast (6:30 a.m.) - 2 slices of whole wheat toast w/ PB; 1 mug of coffee

Lunch (late one; 4:20 p.m.) - whole wheat pasta w/ tomatoe sauce & minced beef

Dinner - skipped because of the ice cream (see below)

Snacks - 1 slice of whole wheat bread w/ turkey (11 a.m.), 4 small balls of ice cream (6:30 p.m.)
